Being the Tests of a news Conference Addressed By The National Democratic Front (NDF) To Challenge The Revisionist of Attempts Of The kogi State chapters Of The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Held In Abuja on Tuesday November 8, 2022.

The national democratic front (NDF) has followed with bemusement The Call  by the kogi state chapter of the peoples democratic party (PDP) for the retired General Abubakar Abudusalamai-Led National peace committee to document the state government as deploying Violence.

kogi state PDP chairman, Samuel uhuotu, Specifically accused Governor yahaya Bello as being behind the incitements against the PDP in the state. This is a Ludicrous  accusation that arise questions about the mental state and capacity of those making it given the facts on the ground.

The PDP, through Samuel Uhuotu, bellyached Governor yahaya Bello as hiding Behind a quit notice to thugs   and terrorists to intimidate the opposition.  This oversimplification of true extent of insecurity  entrenched in the state by party PDP governments which governor Bello has done  much to degrade in the years he has been in office.

For the sake of contents, NDF urges Nigerians to notes that the past PDP governments made kogi state into fertile soil for growing operational cells of boko Haram/ISWAP. We are all witnesses to how they suspect linked to the owo massacre of church worshippers earlier in the year in ondo state were all traced back to kogi state. Our law enforcement agencies can attest to the number of terrorist cells they have dismantled, in collaboration with the Kogi Yahaya Bello-led state government.

During the period PDP held was in power in the state, Bloody crashes among disparate groups were are the order of the day. The terrorists, hoodlums and urchins acting on the instruction of the PDP government held in kogi state by the jugular.

 Most recently,  a certain PDP politician has been in the news for us for ramping up efforts to review these dismantled cells. The effort at reintroducing exterminism and terrorism to kogi state on an industrial scale include names calling the governor and reframing his counter-terrorist tourism efforts to clamp down on the PDP.  The party has nothing to compaign for the forthcoming elections and their only gimmick going forward is blackmail governor Bello.

What this tells us is that the PDP has been the party using terrorist cells to oppress the citizens of the state, assassinate political rivals, and export those terrorists to other States where they are is desperate to unseat  the governors . It is consequently glaring that the PDP in kogi state is working to re-group the terrorist  network as ostensibly to re-arm and  deploy them for regging their 2023 general elections.  Otherwise, how can a political party that claims to have the interest of the people at heart be advocating  for the state government not to clamp down on the terrorists?

 It is not it is now clear Kogi PDP  and boko haram/ISWAP terrorists are in inseparable Siamese Twins.  The alam they raised about the  governor being an enabler of political violence is a smokescreen to conceal the true extent of damage they have done in the state and by the extension all over Nigeria in their bid to return to power, ostensibly for the sole aim of looting the state.  It  is for this that they came up with the laughable allegation that Governor Bello wants to instigate a crisis.

 We challenge the kogi state PDP chapter to disapprove the many laudableable projects that the governor Yahaya Bello numerous efforts at peace building.  The records are there to show how much this administration has spent on ensuring security currently.

Consequently NDP nearby warns  the kogi state PDP chapter that it shall be held responsible for any threat to the peaceful and successful conduct of the 2023 General elections while it's official shall be held individually accountable for any acts of terror committed for the sake of testing the resolve of the people and the government of the state to testing the resolve of the people and government of the state to tackle  terrorism held-on,

 Nigerians are watching.
